Kansas City’s True Farm-to-Table Restaurant and Urban Cheese Kitchen At Green Dirt on Oak, we bring the flavors of our Weston farm to the heart of Kansas City in the Crossroads Arts District. Our menu highlights our award-winning sheep’s milk cheeses, pasture-raised meats, and seasonal ingredients—crafted by hand, served with heart, and meant to be shared.
Our cheeses are made from the milk of our own sheep and crafted just downstairs from the dining room. At Green Dirt on Oak, every dish tells the story of our farm, our community, and our love for real food.
