Every meal at Green Dirt on Oak is a celebration of local artisans, fresh ingredients, and community. Chef Oskar Arévalo’s menu highlights our award-winning cheeses,
humanely raised lamb, and the work of local farmers and makers. With housemade bread, pâtés, and pickles, every dish is crafted with care.
