Green Dirt on Oak is thrilled to host this special farm-to-table dinner featuring the locally grown produce of Thane Palmberg. This is a multi-course dinner showcasing the freshest fall harvest ingredients and presentations from farmer Thane Palmberg and chef Oskar Arévalo.

For this collaboration dinner, our kitchen is building a fixed menu centered on the best of both farms: Palmberg Farm's fall harvest alongside our sheep's milk cheeses.
